Product description

This option is for customers who would like us to engrave a hanko using their own stamp design data.
Please add this option to your cart together with your hanko.
After placing your order, please send your design file to: info@rokuma.jp
Before engraving, we will prepare a preview of the stamp design and send it to you by email. Engraving will begin after we receive your approval.
Accepted File Formats
- PDF or image files (PNG, JPG, etc.)
File Requirements
- Black and white (monochrome) artwork only.
- Color and grayscale images cannot be accepted.
- Low-resolution or blurry images cannot be used. Please provide a clear, high-resolution file.
- Depending on the file quality, we may ask you to modify or resend the data.
